There are number of causes which can cause back pain including posture related issues, work related injuries, RTAs and even simple activities can cause you a pain. Pain medications can help you to alleviate symptoms initially but physiotherapy with right diagnosis and treatment will help you sort out your problem for the future too.
There are many structures in spine that can cause the symptoms such as joint stiffness, paraesthesia (pins and needles) or referred pain to the arm or legs. These symptoms can be due to joints, muscles, discs, nerve root irritations or sometimes may not be from back itself.
