Back pain affects most of us at some point in our life. This is one of the main reasons the clients come to see us. There are number of causes which can cause back pain including posture related issues, work related injuries, RTAs and even simple activities can cause you a pain. Pain medications can help you to alleviate symptoms initially but physiotherapy with right diagnosis and treatment will help you sort out your problem for the future too.
There are many structures in spine that can cause the symptoms such as joint stiffness, paraesthesia (pins and needles) or referred pain to the arm or legs. These symptoms can be due to joints, muscles, discs, nerve root irritations or sometimes may not be from back itself.

Our physiotherapists have excellent knowledge and skills to diagnose the condition, educate and discuss your treatment. They are also experienced in image interpretation of MR scans. We offer specialised bespoke personalised treatment programme including mobilisation or manipulation, exercise programme that you can do at home and provide useful advice for future.
